What does Smart Managed support cover?
User administration, access and licence changes, handling issues rather than waiting for you to chase them, and a faster response when you get in touch. Where an issue needs Microsoft, we escalate to the vendor on your behalf.
Are the desktop Office apps included?
That depends on the licence you choose — some Microsoft 365 plans include the installed desktop apps and others are web and mobile only. Tell us how your team works and we will confirm which licence covers what you need before you commit.
Do I get a ZIMRA fiscal invoice?
Yes. You are billed locally by Webdev in USD or ZiG and receive a compliant ZIMRA fiscal invoice — no international card payment to arrange.
Is Microsoft 365 right for our team?
