How many websites can I host?
It depends on the tier you choose — Starter is sized for one website, and the higher tiers leave room for more. The live plan details on the order page confirm the exact allowance before you pay.
How many mailboxes do I get?
Each tier includes a set number of mailboxes on your own domain, and the allowance goes up as you move from Starter to Pro. They are sized for light use. If email is central to your business, Email & Office is the better home for it.
Can I upgrade between tiers later?
Yes. You can move up a tier as your site grows, and the change takes effect at your next renewal. Talk to us first if you would rather we handle the move for you.
Do you transfer my site from my current host?
Yes. We move existing sites across and agree the timing with you beforehand, so it happens when it suits you rather than in the middle of your working day.
Is a domain included?
A domain is a separate registration, but we handle it in the same account and on the same invoice. See Domains for what is available.
Do I get a ZIMRA fiscal invoice?
Yes. You are billed locally by Webdev in USD or ZiG and receive a compliant ZIMRA fiscal invoice.
