What to know before you choose

What's included in content changes?

Routine website updates — text edits, images, new or amended pages, prices, contact details, that kind of work. Each plan carries a monthly allowance, and the exact allowance for the plan you pick is confirmed with you before you commit. Larger pieces of work are quoted separately rather than absorbed silently.

Do I own my website?

Yes. The website and its content are yours. A Managed Website plan is a service arrangement for running it, not a claim on it.

My current site is broken or hacked — can you take it over?

That is one of the most common reasons people move to a managed plan. We start with a website review so we can tell you honestly whether the existing site can be recovered and stabilised, or whether rebuilding it is the better use of your money.

Can I buy just the website build without a managed plan?

No. Website builds are available with a Managed Website plan, because an unmaintained site is the problem this product exists to prevent. If you have your own team and want the infrastructure only, WordPress Hosting is the right fit, and Custom Websites covers bespoke project work.

Do I get a ZIMRA fiscal invoice?

Yes. You are billed locally by Webdev in USD or ZiG and receive a compliant ZIMRA fiscal invoice.
