What does an enterprise engagement include?
A scoping call, an architecture proposal with a clear quote, provisioning and migration, and then managed operations — monitoring, patching, hardening, backups and capacity planning against the scope we agree with you. You also get a dedicated account contact and a critical-response SLA with an escalation path.
Can you migrate my systems from my current provider?
Yes. Migration is part of the engagement. We plan it with you, test before cutover, and agree the timing so the move happens on your terms rather than ours.
Are backups and disaster recovery included?
Backup and disaster-recovery strategy is designed as part of the architecture rather than bolted on afterwards. What is protected, how often, where copies live and how a recovery runs are all set out in the proposal before you commit.
What compliance and data residency do you support?
Your infrastructure is hosted in Zimbabwe and stays under local jurisdiction, which is usually the starting point for data-residency requirements.
